great location free shuttle easy movement uninviting restaurant no bar limited space
the location is GREAT. A FREE shuttle goes between the hotel and the bts thong lo station. This makes it easier for people to move about.
the restaurant LOOKED uninviting. there is no bar, NOT even at the pool. you'd think there should be one with all that space.

modern equipment convenient service
The gym has modern equipment (i saw several treadmills). The rooftop swimming pool is big. The hotel provided a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearest BTS station, this was very convenient. Housekeeping kept my room very clean .
The hotel lobby temperature was noticeably cold.

excellent stay in a vibrant area
cleanliness friendly staff convenient shuttle
I found the housekeeping meticulous. they did a very good job of cleaning every day. the comfortable room had big windows and furniture that looked new. i especially liked the rooftop swimming pool. staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the nearest bts station was convenient.
i noticed that the gym, though big, did not have much equipment. if it were busy, it would be a disappointment as most of the equipment would be utilized.
